Episode 253- The Daily Grind

Howdy Folks,

Here it comes all grinding tracks. Not bumping and grinding but hard work and getting off your ass. Gower and Matador do it via a computer once again....but for the first time in rhyme and treason history 4 talking segments. I said 4 talking segments. We keep on grinding nearly 11 years later. A ton of Hip hop, some metal and a lot of Punk, did I mention 4 talking segments.
